By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
Macbridge provides digital design and development services, including but not limited to website design, e-commerce solutions, UI/UX design, branding, SEO, and AI integration. The specifics of each service will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal between Macbridge and the client.

All content on the Macbridge website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Macbridge or its content suppliers and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. Upon full payment for services, the client will be granted a license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose. Macbridge retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio and for promotional purposes.
Payment terms, including fees, invoicing, and payment schedules, will be detailed in the individual service agreement or proposal. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur charges as stipulated in the service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Macbridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Macbridge, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
